I took this pic awhile ago but this really represents my morning. I woke up with a migraine and snoozed the alarm. I didn't take the time sit still and meditate to start my day. I jumped out of bed. Slugged water and took meds and had just enough time for a quick shower before my first meeting of the day.I will NOT be doing that again! It just set the tone for my whole day. I was a magnet for negative attention. Every jerk sought me ought. I was crabby because of it.
Some of it was just more confirmation of things I have known deep down that the negative environment of the cooperate world is just soul crushing for me and not where my authentic self belongs. {more on that in the future } my anxiety was at all time high spinning in this negative energy space. #lessonlearned. I see now where my energy attracted like energy.

I went outside and took a break to sit outside in my zen spot and calm myself and renew. Roxy felt the need to join me. But it was too late. My mind was set on the day and the million things I needed to do before our vacation tomorrow.You can bet I will be up early tomorrow starting the day with positive energy and calm.

Being outside is my zen. Close to Mother Earth.Next thing for me is unwinding and unplugging before bed. I want to stop going form tv to bed ... This same morning routine or something like it needs to happen before I go to sleep I am sure of it ! Maybe a little reading too

I have so many things I want to work on. One day at a time. Calming down and raising my energy level is first on the list. It's not a sprint race ... One step at a time
